Jason began his photography career by graduating from the University of Central Florida with his bachelor's of science in photography. He always had an interest in weather from growing up in the midwest. This interest was narrowed when his 3rd grade teacher showed his class a video of a tornado overpass and he began to become infatuated with tornadoes. With an established background in sports photography, Jason moved onto photographing storms. Jason now lives in Austin, Texas and offers workshops for photographers as well as storm chasing tours. He loves teaching photography just as much as he loves doing it. Jason is also known for his work taking photos of Texas bluebonnets and stars.
